Nutritionist/Health Coach
Kylee Lubis is a nutritionist and soon-to-be dietitian, graduating with her master’s degree in May and beginning her dietetic internship in September. She specializes in weight loss, body recomposition, and overall health optimization, with a particular focus on supporting women who are often overlooked in the healthcare system, especially those with endometriosis, PCOS, and postpartum nutrition. While her expertise extends to all individuals seeking to improve their health, Kylee is passionate about advocating for women’s health, ensuring they receive the attention and care they deserve.
Kylee founded Nourish, Vitalize, Thrive in early 2021 to create a welcoming space where clients of all backgrounds can receive science-based, personalized nutrition guidance. Her own journey into nutrition was shaped by personal experiences—losing her father to a heart attack at a young age and struggling with eating disorder tendencies throughout high school. These experiences sparked a deep passion for helping others understand that the food we nourish our bodies with isn’t just fuel; it’s a privilege that profoundly impacts both physical and mental well-being.
Kylee works with clients in-person at the Denver Village on Wednesdays, and also offers virtual consultations via Telehealth for those who prefer remote sessions. Additionally, she works out of her home office, providing flexible options to meet her clients’ needs. Whether you're looking to lose weight, improve body composition, or optimize your health, Kylee’s approach is holistic and individualized. She believes that nourishing our bodies with proper nutrition leads to a balanced, thriving life, both mentally and physically. Kylee is excited to work with you on your health journey and help you nourish, vitalize, and thrive.
